Cuando nos referimos a la Incapacidad Temporal (IT) se hace referencia a las enfermedades comunes o accidentes no laborales. Es decir, si por mala pata eres autónomo y caes enfermo, puedes ganarte la incapacidad laboral desde el 4º día hasta 21 días después cobrando el 60% de la base de cotización del mes anterior a la baja. A partir de esta fecha y en adelante se cobrará el 75% de la base de cotización del mes anterior a la baja.
Pero ¡ojo! Que eres autónomo y no todo va a ser tan maravilloso. Para poder recibir la subvención de la baja médica, deberás seguir de alta en tu actividad como autónomo (y pagar por su puesto la cuota de autónomo).
En el segundo caso, en los accidentes de trabajo (AT) o enfermedades profesionales (EP), se cobra desde la fecha de la baja el 75% de la base de cotización del mes anterior a la baja. Pero volvemos a lo mismo, para poder recibir la subvención deberás pagar tu cuota de autónomo.
