Esta iniciativa busca apoyar a aquellos que se den de alta en el Régimen Especial de Trabajadores Autónomos durante el primer semestre de 2023, compensando una parte de los gastos de cotización a la Seguridad Social.
¿Cuál es la cuantía de esta ayuda?
Cada persona beneficiaria recibirá una cuantía fija de 480 euros, equivalente al importe de seis meses de cotización de la nueva cuota de la Tarifa Plana de autónomos.
¿Quiénes son las personas beneficiarias?
Pueden ser beneficiarias de estas ayudas, por un lado, las mujeres, y, por otro, las personas menores de treinta y cinco años.
¿Cuáles son los requisitos para acceder a esta ayuda?
- Ser residente de las Islas Baleares.
- Darse de alta en el Régimen Especial de Trabajadores Autónomos (RETA) durante el primer semestre de 2023.
- Gozar del derecho a la aplicación de la cuota reducida de cotización a la Seguridad Social (tarifa plana) de 80 euros mensuales durante los primeros doce meses de actividad.
- No haber estado dados de alta en el RETA en los dos años anteriores a la fecha de efecto de la nueva alta (o tres años si se ha disfrutado previamente de la deducción en la cuota mensual de cotización en el régimen de autónomos).
- Ser persona desempleada e inscrita en la oficina correspondiente del servicio público de empleo al menos desde el día anterior a su alta en el RETA.
- Estar dado de alta tanto en el RETA como en el epígrafe correspondiente del Impuesto de Actividades Económicas de la Agencia Estatal de la Administración Tributaria.
- Estar al corriente de pago con la Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria, la Agencia Tributaria de las Illes Balears y la Seguridad Social.
- Cumplir todos los requisitos previstos en la convocatoria y no incurrir en ninguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en el artículo 10 del Decreto legislativo 2 /2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones
