Nicolás Emery en Radio Calvià sobre el nuevo sistema de cotización por ingresos reales para autónomos
Con la entrada en vigor el 1 de enero de 2023 del Real Decreto-ley 13/2022 de 26 de julio de 2022, se establece un nuevo sistema de cotización para los trabajadores por cuenta propia o autónomos y se mejora la protección por cese de actividad. Con respecto al nuevo sistema para los trabajadores por cuenta propia, la Seguridad Social ha establecido que su cotización lo sea en función de sus ingresos reales, esto es, sus rendimientos netos anuales, obtenidos en el ejercicio de todas sus actividades económicas, empresariales o profesionales.
El abogado y economista Nicolás Emery dedicó buena parte del consultorio jurídico en Radio Calvià FM a informar sobre el nuevo sistema de cotización y otras novedades laborales y empresariales.
