La abogada de Moya & Emery Neus Lafuente, especializada en el Derecho mercantil, societario y contractual, estuvo a cargo del consultorio jurídico del pasado viernes en Radio Calvià FM, dedicando su intervención en el espacio radiofónico a tratar la problemática de los alquileres de local de negocio en época COVID y las posibilidades de los arrendatarios de suspender, congelar o paralizar el pago de las rentas.

La abogada hizo un repaso de la normativa actual, de los principios jurídicos que rigen este tipo de contratos, las más recientes sentencias al respecto y un conjunto de buenas recomendaciones para arrendatarios y arrendadores, todos afectados por la situación excepcional que estamos sufriendo por la pandemia.
