El pasado miércoles tuvo lugar, en el Consolat de Mar, la firma del nuevo convenio de la hostelería en Baleares, alcanzado por las patronales de la hostelería, restauración y de ocio (ABONE) y los sindicatos UGT y CCOO y que se ha venido a denominar II ACUERDO TRIPARTITO POR CALIDAD DEL EMPLEO EN LA HOSTELERÍA.
El nuevo convenio colectivo de la hostelería, suscrito de manera unánime por todas las partes involucradas, por lo que ha sido calificado de histórico, afectará a 160.000 trabajadores en Baleares que, en el transcurso de los dos próximos años (2023-2025) verán incrementado su salario en un 8,5%.
