Seguimos con los «falsos autónomos» en nuestro artículo de hoy. Ayer hablábamos de los «falsos autónomos» y cómo el Supremo unificaba criterios para distinguirlos de los autónomos económicamente dependientes. Hoy vamos a hablar sobre la petición del ATA (Asociación de Trabajadores Autónomos) para que exista un registro de autónomos dependientes con el fin de eliminar de una vez por todas a los «falsos autónomos», o mejor dicho, a los «trabajadores encubiertos».
El presidente del ATA, Lorenzo Amor, ha propuesto la creación de un registro de autónomos dependientes, lo que haría que desaparecieran los falsos autónomos y facilitaría las inspecciones a las empresas que disfrazan a los trabajadores asalariados en forma de trabajadores autónomos. Esta propuesta ha sido realizada durante el Foro Económico organizado por el Norte de Castilla donde se hablo de la nueva Ley de Autónomos.
Lorenzo Amor ha recalcado que los autónomos son y deben seguir siendo la palanca del crecimiento laboral, y que gracias a la Ley de Reformas Urgentes del Trabajador Autónomo se va a facilitar el emprendimiento ya que su intención es eliminar trabajas a los autónomos y otorgarles una mayor seguridad jurídica. Se prevé que en 2018 casi 2 millones de autónomos se beneficien de la nueva Ley de Autónomos ya que además se cuenta con un presupuesto de 1000 millones de euros. Además, otra de las previsiones que trae este 2018 es la generación de 135000 puestos de empleo por parte de los trabajadores autónomos y más de medio millon durante los 5 años siguientes. Aunque la situación tiene buena pinta, el presidente del ATA también ha considerado que hay que «seguir echando gasolina» para que la situación continue de esta manera.
Aunque parezca un tema totalmente diferente, también se trató el tema de las Cooperativas, ya que en ellas se refugian falsos autónomos y falsos asalariados que se aprovechan de las «lagunas legales» para tener trabajadores económicamente dependientes para realizar falsos trabajos laborales.
Actualmente existen alrededor de unos 100.000 falsos autónomos en España, por lo que desde la asociación solicitan una modificación legislativa para que el autónomo dependiente no tenga que registrarse a través de la empresa, si no que sea él mismo el que se dirija a la Seguridad Social a registrarse como tal. Esta propuesta surge desde la necesidad de acabar con los falsos autónomos y dotar de transparencia y facilidad a las inspecciones del control de trabajo.
