Este pasado viernes la dupla formada por la abogada especializada en materia laboral Marga de Matos y el abogado y economista Nicolás Emery fueron invitados al Múltiplex de IB3 Ràdio para tratar la difícil situación del mercado laboral en las Islas Baleares provocada por la pandemia del Covid, los ERTEs y las pesimistas previsiones de los analistas acerca de la recuperación de puestos de trabajo, las cuales vaticinan que 6 de cada 10 trabajadores que se encontraban en ERTE al principio de verano no recuperarán su puesto de trabajo, lo que se traduciría en la pérdida de 270.000 empleos en toda España.

On 30 December last, following the agreement of the Council of Ministers, Royal Decree-Law 38/2020 of 29 December was published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) number 340, adopting measures to adapt the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the situation of a third country following the end of the transitional period provided for in the Agreement on the withdrawal of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community of 31 January 2020
Brexit and goods sent to EU or coming from the UK
From 1 January 2021, the United Kingdom will have the status of a third country and therefore goods sent to or coming from the United Kingdom will be treated in the same way as goods exported/imported from any other country with which the European Union has not concluded any trade or other agreement that might affect customs formalities.
