A few days ago, Neus Lafuente, from Moya & Emery, finished one of the periodic training sessions carried out for the staff of the FIRST MALLORCA real estate agency. In this case, the training was directed to Rentals department. An analysis was carried out of the modification of LAW 29/1994 OF NOVEMBER 24 ON URBAN LEASING (LAU) carried out on March 5, 2019, which entered into force on March 6, 2019.
