Moya & Emery imparte formaciones periódicas al personal de la inmobiliaria First Mallorca

Hace escasos días Neus Lafuente, de Moya & Emery, finalizó una de las series de formaciones periódicas llevadas a cabo al personal de la inmobiliaria FIRST MALLORCA. En este caso, la formación estaba dirigida al departamento de Alquileres. En dicha formación se llevó a cabo un análisis de la modificación de la LEY 29/1994 DE 24 DE NOVIEMBRE DE ARRENDAMIENTOS URBANOS (LAU) realizada el 5 de marzo de 2019, y que entró en vigor el 6 de marzo de 2019. Una modificación que afecta a los plazos y prorrogas de los contratos de alquiler, al derecho a resolución del contrato (resolver contrato), el incremento de la renta por mejoras, los gastos de las partes y la fianza.
